Indian’s spiritual program of curing Ayurveda; originated by god, the father Dhanvantari, has been practicing for thousands of years, which emphasizes on the unity of mind & body. Ayurvedic treatment for cancer has a great strategy in treatment. Its main goal is to get the ultimate reason behind a sickness .The therapeutic approach of Ayurveda is divided into four categories. They are prakritisthapani Chikista , Rasayana Chikista, Roganashani Chikista & Naisthiki Chikista. Ayurvedic treatment for cancers can become an adjuvant or a co-therapy along with chemotherapy or Radiotherapy which can be helpful in post surgery care.We also recorded the usage of selected medications during the ICU stay. Details on the monitoring of serious adverse events is provided in Table S5 in the Supplementary Appendix. Outcomes The principal outcome was 90-day all-cause mortality. Secondary outcomes included mortality in the ICU, 28-day mortality, in-hospital mortality, 180-day time mortality, and serial SOFA scores. Tertiary outcomes included times free from mechanical ventilation, ICU-free days, hospital amount of stay, hypoglycemia, hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, hypophosphatemia, transfusions of loaded red cells, ICU-associated infections , feeding intolerance , and diarrhea.
